- Executive Creative Director
Responsibilities
- I served as the Executive Creative Director for the holistic re-imagining of the event at the direction of Blizzard Leadership.
• Oversaw the creative development and execution of all Mainstage broadcast programming with a major press event, numerous panels and a musical perfomance by k-pop group LL SSERAFIM
• Collaborated closely with numerous IP’s to develop compelling storylines and maintain a cohesive artistic vision throughout the entire production process
• Led a large and diverse team of creative departments and technical teams across the organization
BlizzCon 2023 opening ceremonies was a 90-minute globally livestreamed keynote featuring news and announcements from Blizzard leadership, including President Mike Ybarra and Head of Xbox Phil Spencer. This created major hype for the weekend and established the arena mainstage as the event’s programming focal point, with back-to-back deep-dive panels from Blizzard’s development and design teams.
